With Kim Hyun Joong's hectic schedule from fan events and guerrilla performances in different parts of Japan for his single, shooting his drama 'City Conquest', and the collaboration concert the previous day with Japanese musician, Naoto Inti Raymi, he got an IV on July 15 after the rehearsal and thus the first show which commemorated the release of his Japanese single, 'Heat', was delayed for 1 hour and 13 minutes.
